History: The Taveuni Development Company (Fiji Real Estate) was established in 1989 by David Miller and the late Jone Kauvesi, the former Lord Major of Suva, Fiji’s capitol.
The initial development, Nukubalavu, was on Kadavu Island. In 1992 TDC began development of Waidroka Bay Estates on Fiji’s main Island, and Coconuts Estates near Savusavu on Fiji’s second largest island. In 1998 ground was broken for Koro Seaview Estates, on the island of Koro in the Lomaiviti Group, which was the fastest selling development in all of the Fiji Islands. In 2006 the company added a fifth development, Maui Bay Estates, on the famous Coral Coast. Our company operates two beachfront resorts on the island of Koro,
Dere Bay Resort and Koro Beach Resort.

Today, the Taveuni Development Company has its main office in Suva, Fiji. It operates satellite offices in 4 countries and employs a staff of over 80 people. TDC is very active in the local community through support of various organizations that work in the Fijian community. It is our goal to maintain our position as the premier source for Fiji Real Estate for overseas buyers.
