Property Payments can be made by check, wire or Email to the respective accounts. If you would like to pay by credit card, please download our convenient payment form and send it by Email.
 

Road fees are due annually in March for all our developments. The amounts are as follows, and they can be paid by credit card as well:
Maui Bay Estates F$500 annually
Koro Seaview Estates F$250 for all lots K257 and above
Waidroka Estates F$250 annually

Failure to pay road fees will result in delays in title issue/settlement.
 		  

Each development has its virtual counterpart and we encourage owners to use this resource to meet neighbors, learn more about the developments and view images and video we have published. Add your own content, join discussions, etc.

TDC offers resale and brokerage services for existing owners that are current on their payments or have already received title to their property. We handle the marketing, procure the solicitor, deal with transfer issues and trust accounts for you. Our fee for this service is 10% of the sales price for properties under US$100,000 (for other properties and more info please contact us.
